How to Refer
You can earn cash for every successful referred sale. If you know of someone within your circle of influence in need of any of our Bespoke Solution or Services all you have to do is supply us with the name and contact details – we will do the rest!

How Much Can You Earn?
Your referral commission is a one-off amount being a percentage of total implementation based on the components of product your referral decides to purchase. Note that the commission is only paid once upon receipt of the first full payment by the organization referred by you.
Alternatively, we may reward you with a bonus credit to be deducted from your future invoice (if you are an existing customer and you prefer that channel of compensation).
What else do you need to know?
- Can I join the referral program if I’m not a customer?
Sure! Our referral program is not limited to our customers we appreciate referrals from fans just as much as customers.
- When will the referral be valid?
The definition of a qualified referral is a new lead that no HR Partners Staff or Referral have pitched/ marketed/proposed before. This means that we have not quoted, contacted or dealt with this potential Client in the past 12 months.
- When will your referral commission be paid?
Referral commission will be paid once the new client fully settled the activation and 1st month’s service invoice.
- Will I earn recurring referral Commission on a referral?
A once-off referral commission will be paid to NEW successful referral sales only. Modular sales, subscription renewal and existing user expanding sales will not qualify for referral commission.
- Product Choice of Potential Client
The choice of product is determined in the sales process.
- How do I claim my referral commission?
HR Partners representative will inform you of the successful sale. You will then be required to submit a preferred channel to claim your commission.
